SHIPPING POLICY

Discreet Billing & Packaging

COVID-19 Notice: Orders may experience delays due to an increase in demand during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Please be aware our shipping partners have added additional days to the usual delivery timeline for all services.

Free Shipping Qualifications

Your order must meet the $75 minimum purchase after any discounts and before any shipping charges or applicable taxes.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We understand that you may want to keep your purchase to yourself. We ship your package in non-branded packaging with no indication of either the products enclosed or where it comes from. "Distribution" will be listed as the company name in the return field on the shipping label. Charges are discreetly billed to your credit card as "The Nikki Danyelle Collective".

Timeframes

All packages will be shipped via UPS/FedEX or USPS, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 1 P.M. (EST) will be shipped the following business day (excluding holidays). UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. 

Estimated shipping transit times do not include processing time.

Exclusions
We do not ship orders to international destinations or the states of Alabama, Alaska, Hawaii, Mississippi or Virginia.

RETURN POLICY

All returns require prior authorization. If you need to return an item, simply email us at: info@thenikkidanyellecollective.com. Once authorization has been given, you will receive return instructions to your email. Returns received without a return authorization number will be refused. Items received in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be refused.

7 Day Return Policy
We offer a 7 day return policy for new factory sealed and unused merchandise. We will exchange or refund the full purchase amount, less shipping, if items purchased were received damaged/ defective. This is due to health and safety regulations. All adult novelties, adult toys and vibrators are not returnable for any other reason.

Adult Toys 14 Day Exchange Policy
Due to health and safety regulations all novelties, adult toys and vibrators are not returnable. The only exceptions are manufacturer's defects. We will exchange an item received with a manufacturer's defect within 14 days of delivery for an identical item, no refunds will be given. If you receive an item which does not function:

• Try a brand new set of batteries.
• Be certain that the batteries are inserted correctly.
• Check that the cap is secured tightly.
• Products that include batteries typically have a protective seal to prevent the product from turning on during shipping. Remove the seal, secure the cap and try again.

If the item still will not function, please contact us for a return authorization.


Items that cannot be returned for any reason:
• Opened or used intimate apparel
• Lotions
• Lubricants
• Supplements


Refunds
Credits will be charged back to the original method of payment. It takes approximately 5-7 business days for credits to appear on your statement.

Refunding Shipping Charges
If you receive the wrong item or if the item arrived damaged or defective, we will cover all return related shipping charges. If you are returning an item for any reason other than the ones stated above, shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
